1984 Holiday Greetings 

There was a huge amount of controversy about the 1984 Holiday Greetings.  People were very disappointed by the gift certificate idea.  I'm not sure where the expectation came from, but I can safely say that this gift was received with a great deal of whining!  I think most people were expecting a bonus.
