Symphony, Release 2.0 

Symphony, perhaps the all-time most brilliant software for DOS, was at least a decade ahead of it's time. It did windows before Windows, and it was Office before MS-Office. If I was stranded on a desert island with only a computer running DOS, I would only need Symphony and 1-2-3 Report Writer to survive.
