I believe this was the last release of Symphony. This version was installed on a server and accessed by multiple clients on the network.

System requirements: 
Workstation: DOS 3.0.
Servers supported: AT&T StarGroup, Banyan Vines, DEC Pathworks, IBM LAN Server, IBM PC LAN, Microsoft LAN Mgr, Novell Netware 286/386.
